Transfer the dough on a floured surface and kneed it again with soft hands then divide the dough into 4 parts and make a round ball shape cover and leave it 15-20 mins. - Roll out each dough ball to 20-22 cm round shape. - Then divide into 8 parts like triangles shapes using the help of a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
  3. In Each triangle make small 3 slits with pizza cutter or knife. - - Stretch the edges of each triangle piece use the help of your fingers and then put the stuffing on the edge of dough. Fold the pointed corner of the triangle over the top of the edge and fold under the edge. Egg wash then bake for 20-25 mins at 180° C till nice golden colour. - Serve immediately with your favourite sauce. - Enjoy !
