  8. When meat has been in oven for 30 minutes, add the veges to the elements. Turn on highest heat for 10 minutes, checking regularly and changing heat if needed.
  9. Bring veges to a boil. Take veges off. Take meat out of oven and cover. Add a spoonful of flour to potatoes and coat. Place veges in oven, adding balsamic vinegar and herbs.
  10. Take out of oven, ready to eat!!
