  1. Make ready 30 medium shrimp head and tail with shell
  2. Take 2 liter water
  3. Take 2 tbsp oil

To a Dutch oven or large stock pot, add shrimp shells, onion, carrot, celery, and salt. Over medium-high heat, cover and bring to boil.   1. Cut off head from shrimp,tail and shell then put all in a pan with oil
  2. Pan fry for 1 minute then press all juice from the shrimp head
  3. Add water and simmer for 30 to 40 minute pressing the juice from the head every now and then
  4. Let it cool then drain and discard shell and keep stock in air tight container up to 3 days
