  2. Take 1 tsp Red chilli powder

I was considering using egg or even some soda water, but Akemi advised against it. At the last minute, toss the shrimp heads into a mixture of corn starch, salt, and pepper.   3. Add the cleaned prawn head into it.
  4. Add salt and ginger garlic paste.
  5. After 5 mins add turmeric powder.
  6. Now squeeze half tomato and saute for 5 minutes and now add red chilli powder and saute for 5 more minutes until it get dry

At the last minute, toss the shrimp heads into a mixture of corn starch, salt, and pepper. Remove the heads from the oil and drain briefly on some paper towels. Heat a saucepan or wok on a medium-high heat. Cook the onion and carrot with some of the olive oil until soft. Bring oil to a high heat.
