  1. Fried the fish head in oil marinateby salt termaric in oil. Add fresh oil and mirch onion tomatowith salt sugar and all masalas inkarai and saute it then add the sucking mug dal during 5 hrs or boiled it cooker.mix it in karai then add water boiled it. Add fish head and boiled some time add garam masala and ghee.after some time serve it.with rice.
