  1. Make ready (~1 bowl) Ready (room tempreture) White Rice
  2. Get (0.5 - 1) Sweat Potato
  3. Make ready (1) Carrot
  4. Get (0.5) Red Onion
  5. Prepare (0.25 - 0.5 cup) Olive oil
  6. Get (1 tsp) Turmeric
  7. Take (~ pinch) Salt

You can also add a pat of butter to add extra richness. Break up any clumps of rice using a fork and cover the pan with a tight-fitting lid. Cook the rice over low heat for three to five minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through. Add the onion, bell pepper, celery, salt and pepper to the pot.

Instructions to make Red Head Rice:
  1. Peal the Sweat Potato.
  2. Chop Carrot into small cubes
  3. Chop half of it into very small cubes and the rest into large cubes
  4. Peal the Carrot.
  5. Chop Carrot into small pieces
  6. Chop Onion into small pieces
  7. Heat up a pan with Olive Oil covering it completely.
  8. When hot throw in the large cubes of Sweat potato.
  9. When brown throw in the rest of the sliced Sweat potato and the sliced Carrot and the sliced Onion.
  10. Stir untill all vegtebles are brownish.
  11. Add the rice and keep stiring.
  12. If the rice starts sticking to the pan add more Olive Oil.
  13. When the rice starts getting a different color add the Turmeric and continue stirring.
  14. Add the salt.
  15. Bon a'Petitue (:P)

Cook the rice over low heat for three to five minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through. Add the onion, bell pepper, celery, salt and pepper to the pot.
