  2. Then put some olive oil on the surface and knead the dough for about 10 mins. Then leave this aside for an hour covered in a wet tea towel. Then after an hour it should have risen to double.
  3. Then roll it out longways. Cut it in the middle then make 4 pieces so it’s 8 rolls in total. Roll these into a ball. Then on a floured baking tray place these far apart as they will rise. Then leave these to prove for an hour
  4. After an hour glaze the rolls with milk and place in a preheated oven at 210 degrees for 30mins making sure they are lightly brown and hollow. Tastes lovely warm with butter….. ideal Sunday snack for my family.
