  10. Get Grind dal,rice,fenugreek seeds (add yeast and salt) mix well
  11. Get Set the grinded/blended smooth batter aside in warm place
  12. Prepare Let it ferment and rise for 8 to 14 hours(depending the weather)
  13. Prepare (The batter need to ferment untill it rises)
  14. Get On a high flame, bring water to boil in an idli steamer pot
  15. Make ready Mix the idli batter gently
  16. Take Pour into the batter into greased tray
  17. Take Cover the pot with lid
  18. Take Let the idly steam for 10 minutes
  19. Get Once done, Remove the idly trays
  20. Make ready Let it cool down for 1 minutes
  21. Prepare With a help of a spoon remove idli from the tray
