  6. Put whatever filling you wish (we added some white cheese with vanilla and the homemade Nutella) and roll into a croissant shape and brush them with egg whites, place into the oven for 20 minutes
  7. Take them out and let them cool down ☺️

Place warm water and yeast in bowl; stir until dissolved. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Stir in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle. Once the oven is heated, put one tray of croissants on the top rack of the oven and the other on the bottom rack vertically. Wait until they are cool and serve.
