Steps to make Honey Brioche:
  1. Dissolve yeast and 1 tbsp of honey in lukewarm milk,yeast should bubble up in about 7-10 minutes. Cover and let it rise for a further 1 hour. When it's risen, brush with beaten egg wait 10 minutes brush again and sprinkle with brown sugar, bake in preheated oven 190c (374 F) for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
