  1. Pour milk in a pan add crushed cardamom, bring it to boil
  2. Add grated carrots and boil for 10 mins
  3. Add sugar and boil for 10 mins
  4. Add chia seeds and boil till you see milk is a little thick consistency.
  5. Garnish with pistachio and serve hot
  6. You can keep it in fridge and serve cold as well
