  4. Oil the puff pastry as little as possible. This is to prevent liquid from the apples from leaking out from the loaf while baking. You can also sprinkle it with chia seeds.
  5. Layer half of the apple mixture on the puff pastry
  6. Roll as if you were rolling a maki sushi, then fold both ends facing the middle and put the loaf folds down
  7. Use the other half of ingredient to make another loaf
  8. Spread a thin layer of egg on the loafs. This will give them a nice brown colour.
  9. Put in the oven for 20 minutes on 180°C / 356°F
  10. Put egg on the loafs once again half way through the baking
  11. When it cools down, optionally dust with icing sugar over a fine sieve. Cut diagonally into thick slices with a bread knife and enjoy 😋
