Instructions to make Piniyan(Indian laddo):
  1. First of all, heat up the Desi ghee, once melted add the wheat flour and keep starring it till the Desi ghee starts to combine all the flour together and it should look like a nice and smooth paste.
  2. Add sugar. Toast all the dry fruits and nuts. Grind them nicely.
  3. Add them in to the mixture. Stir it well and let it little cook down.
  4. Roll them in to small balls. Serve them with masala chai or coffee.
